Park Rules

WELCOME

Thank you for choosing Pioneer RV Park for your stay while traveling. If there is anything you need don't hesitate to let us know, we will be glad to assist you.

We have a No Refund Policy.

If you are going to hook up to our utilities please make sure you do it correctly. The SEWER connection is located at the REAR of the site on a concrete square. It is NOT next to the water connection. Water and electric is located at the middle of the site. When leaving don't forget to flip the circuit breakers off before you disconnect to prevent damage to the pole and your connection.
Cable television is not available for overnight or weekly stays as it requires a digital cable box from the provider.

Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please respect your neighbors by limiting your noise.

Only ONE vehicle and ONE RV per site. Do not park in traffic paths, landscaped areas, lawns or empty spaces.
We do not have overflow parking.

Please remove items from the lawns in the evening as the sprinklers come on nightly. The lawns are mowed Thursday morning.

The pitching of tents, screen room, canopies or sleeping outside at sites is not permitted.
No outside clothesline or hanging clothes on or around your RV. Please no area rugs or mats on the lawn.

Fireworks or illegal weapons are not allowed in the park. Only gas or electric grills are permitted.
No open fires. This includes fire pits, or the use of a grill as a fire pit.

Children must be supervised by a Parent/Guardian at all times.

The use of Marijuana is strictly prohibited on our RV park premises. This policy applies regardless of the state law of Oregon that legalizes the use of cannabis. We reserve the right to take all necessary actions against any guest found in violation of this policy.

Please refrain from riding bikes, skateboards, roller blades, scooters, etc. on the sidewalks.

If you have a pet please call the office for current pet restrictions (541) 564-9286

A complete list of our rules are available in the office.
